Important Dates for Scholarship Nominations
All Scholarships are awarded once each year at the April Board meeting.
Deadlines for IEEE Canadian Foundation, Power Quality, Dr. Raymond D. Findlay, Dr. Nick Cercone*, Dr. Robert T.H. Alden, Gargantini-Strybosch Scholarships are:

  • March 15 – Faculty Nomination and Student Nominee Report to be received by the Foundation
  • April 30 – Nominees notified by the Foundation

* Dr. Nick Cercone Scholarship offered every second year, check for current availability and submission date
Important Dates for McNaughton Centre Grant Applications
Centre Grants are awarded once each year at the December Board meeting.
Deadlines are:

  • March 15 – Final Report on previous grant to be received by the Foundation
  • Mid-year – IEEE Canada Student Branch Workshop (where information about grants is provided by the Foundation)
  • November 15 – Applications must be received by the Foundation
  • December 20 – Applicants are to be notified by the Foundation
Important Dates for Special Grant and Vehicular Technologies Grant Applications
These applications are considered three times each year.
Applications must be received by the Foundation by:

  • March 15
  • August 15
  • November 15
Important Dates for Women In Engineering Prize
This prize is awarded once each year.
Nominations must be received by the Foundation by:

  • March 15
