In this talk the essential characteristics of successful entrepreneurs will be discussed and analyzed. The different phases of the growth of a startup are explained from idea to creating revenue and the rollercoaster ride that comes with it. Examples of successful startups especially in Canada are presented. Some of the common challenges that the most of young entrepreneurs will face including some of the make or break moments that lead to success or failure are discussed.
