Abstract:
Are you aware that intellectual property is a business’s most valuable asset? How do you protect your ideas? In this seminar, we will discuss various ways you can use the patent and trademark system to make sure your ideas remain your property. We will also deconstruct two drone patents to see what goes into a patent.
Speaker’s biography:
Vlad Shvartsman has been involved in patents since 1989, and practicing patent law since 2001. He has been following drone technology since 1987, and is an avid drone pilot. Vlad frequently lectures on protecting intellectual property in the USA and Canada. He also authors a blog on the latest drone innovations at www.uavpatents.com, where you can read about the latest patent applications that relate to UAV systems.
