Fault Tolerant Predictive Control Based on Set Membership State Estimation for Uncertain Systems

December 7, 2016 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

A Multiple-Model fault tolerant predictive control technique is designed for uncertain linear systems. The fault
detection is built on an ellipsoidal set-membership state estimation based on the minimization of the ellipsoidal “radius”.
A fault detection technique using Multiple Models is proposed in order to deal withactuator/component/sensor faults.
A Min-Max Model Predictive Control law is developed in order to find the optimal control and the best model to use for the system despite the considered faults.
